The Nucrush Group is a well-established, stable and family-owned Gold Coast company where we proudly work hard together as an independent supplier of concrete and quarry products.

We’re on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our ‘NuConnect Hub’, where you’ll ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience when ordering our concrete products.

What will you be doing?

• Join a tight-knit team and deliver outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls.

• Seamlessly process orders and payments, track deliveries, and tackle any obstacles that arise to guarantee prompt and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.

• Handle customer complaints with utmost care, focusing on speedy resolutions that boost satisfaction and loyalty.

• Develop and implement efficient systems to manage and schedule our fleet of trucks.

A natural on the phone, showcasing active listening, articulate communication, and an infectiously friendly demeanor.

• Accurate data entry skills and an eagle eye for details.

• A customer service maestro who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• A team player with the ability to shine independently, demonstrating adaptability, innovation, and boundless enthusiasm.

• Deadline-driven with an unwavering commitment to fulfilling organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and the capacity to learn specialized software.

Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role would be highly regarded. While knowledge of the concreting, quarry, and construction industry would be a bonus, it's not a strict requirement.

Please note this is a full-time role with shifts ranging from 6am – 2pm, 7am – 3pm and 8am – 4pm, as well as approx. 5 hours on one Saturday per month.
