We're looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our team across Underwood, Redbank, and Wacol. These are front-line roles where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping resolve enquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

About the Role

As part of our Customer Care team, you will:

Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone, webforms) with a focus on first-touch resolution

Provide professional, accurate, and timely written and verbal responses

Proactively identify and resolve service anomalies, recording and reporting in our CX CRM system

Share insights and trends with supervisors and relevant teams to improve processes and outcomes

Build strong, professional relationships with customers to support retention and satisfaction

Assist in training and mentoring new and existing staff as required

Work to set enquiry resolution KPIs while supporting team success

Maintain a high level of product knowledge across our services

Uphold company safety and wellbeing standards at all times

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll bring:

2-3 years' experience in a customer service role

Strong problem-solving ability and customer focus

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Experience managing customer issues across multiple channels

Computer literacy (Word, Excel, MS Office applications)

Strong organisational and time management skills

A professional approach with attention to detail

Desirable but not essential:

Previous experience in freight, logistics or transport industry

Experience in investigations, negotiation, or influencing

A tertiary business qualification
