Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brisbane QLD. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, responsible for processing orders, preparing quotes, and ensuring our clients receive the high level of service RWW Group is known for.

This position requires a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Process customer orders accurately and prepare quotes.

Handle and resolve customer queries with a solution-focused approach.

Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently.

Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records.

Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Deliver outstanding service to our valued account customers by maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow within the role.

Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Myob, Zendesk, or similar systems.

Background in a similar industry or customer service role.
