Your Role

As part of our management team, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the center, including:

Managing staff rosters

Using your strong computer skills for admin and enrolments

Ensuring policies and procedures are followed

Delivering outstanding customer service

Meeting KPIs and overseeing stock ordering

Overseeing pool operations, cleaning, and center maintenance

What We’re Looking For

Excellent customer service experience (essential)

Confidence, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn—training provided

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), primarily Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work.
