Swimming Pool Technician – Full Time

About the Role

Poolwerx Oceanreef is seeking a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Technician to join our professional team. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools across the Ocean Reef to Mindarie area. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe, clean, and fully functioning pools all year round.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine pool servicing: water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning filters, and general maintenance

Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and chlorinators

Install and plumb new equipment such as chlorinators, pumps, and filters

Provide expert advice to customers on pool care and maintenance

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Solid technical knowledge of pool systems and equipment

Hands-on experience with installing and plumbing pool equipment

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Friendly, professional approach to customer service

Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule

Previous experience in pool servicing, plumbing, or similar trade (preferred)

Manual driver’s licence
