About the Role
We are seeking a driven Investment Property Consultant to work directly with prospective investors, guiding them to identify, evaluate, and secure high-quality investment properties. With qualified leads provided, a growing purchaser base, and uncapped commissions, you’ll be positioned for both immediate and long-term success.

Key Duties
Work closely with clients to identify their investment objectives and develop customised property strategies
Conduct research to identify, evaluate and secure high quality residential and commercial investment opportunities
Negotiate with selling agents and vendors to achieve strong outcomes
Conduct thorough due diligence and present clear, evidence-based recommendations
Build and maintain professional relationships with agents, developers and industry contacts
Contribute to the ongoing growth of the business and help refine our advocacy approach
About You
You have proven success in a sales driven role such as buyers advocacy, real estate, or investment advisory
Strong knowledge of the Australian property market and investment principles
Skilled communicator and negotiator with a client first approach
Ambitious mindset with a drive to progress as the business grows
Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Real Estate Licence (or in the process of obtaining one)
