We tour out of Melbourne to some of the most beautiful locations in the world - from Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsula, and the Yarra Valley - all in a days work!

No experience necessary - be paid to be trained, and learn the ways of the guide.

Flexible days and hours - let us know which days, and how many hours work best for you. We can accommodate Part Time and Full Time desires.

Every day is different - from different destinations, different views, and different people on board.

What to Expect:

You'd be driving and guiding people from all around the world; welcoming them on board, safely navigating them out of Melbourne, and taking them to some of the must-visit places Victoria has to offer.
Along the way, you will take them into wineries, showcase the beautiful scenery around you, point out native wildlife, and simply just be there for them - as a local guide.
Some of the days are longer than others, up to 14 hours - however, due to the lengthy hours, you generally only need to work 3-4 days in a week to obtain a 40 hour week. Meaning you will have plenty of days off!
You will make great connections on our tours, and your travellers will come to remember you as being one of the factors that has made their holiday to Australia so special.

Pay:

We pay at an above-award level, and we pay you per hour, for every hour that you work - we don't try and cut corners with you.
We value your importance with what we do, and we pay you accordingly.
Casual Rates start at $36ph weekdays, and go up to $65ph on Sundays.

What we will need from you:

Passion for what you do - our guides need to be able to engage with and interact with people, and show a genuine care for the role they have.
You will be the reason that the tour will be remembered.

Ability to work independently - you will be out on your own most days, so its your show. But don't worry, you will have the backing of our support team and all our other Driver-Guides.

Confidence behind the wheel - you will need to be able to safely and confidently drive a 24 seat mini bus. We will provide training in this, however, prior experience or confidence in operating such a vehicle is desirable.

Light Rigid (LR) Licence or Higher - this just means that you can legally drive a mini bus (max 25 seats). If you don't have this, we still encourage you to apply, as we can work with you to achieve this.

Drivers Licence - full Australian/Victorian drivers licence required.

Drivers Certificate/Accreditation - this isn't needed in order to apply, but will be needed before you can start - again, we can assist with this.

First Aid Certificate - this isn't needed in order to apply

Ability to access our Depot/Buses - our depot is located in Kensington.
With the ability to access a bus/buses out of Berwick as well.

What would come next:

Should your application be successful we would reach out to you and progress you to our second stage of application - this would involve you sending us a short 2-3 minute video answering a question in regards to yourself and your travel passions.

Following this, we would look to bring you in for a face to face interview.

Following this, and should you be successful in receiving a job with us, we would bring you in for a training day - giving you a chance to drive, and then taking you along on a tour.

We are ideally seeking a few guides for the upcoming summer season, to start training in October, and who will look to remain with us for the long-term and grow with us as a business.
