Job Requirements:
- Cert III or Diploma qualified in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent) would be desirable
- Previous experience in childcare or education
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children
