Casual Educator - St Mary Mackillop - Birkdale

We are seeking to appoint a casual Educator (Children's Services Employee) at St Mary MacKillop OSHC, Birkdale.
At St Mary's Outside School Hours Care we provide before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 164 children.

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator:
- Provide nurturing care and support for children
- Create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
- Plan and deliver fun, inclusive recreational and educational activities

Job Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
