Location: Redbank Plains
St Ann’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) supports up to 104 children and is conveniently located in Redbank Plains. We celebrate each child’s uniqueness and learning style, taking the time to understand every child and their family to deliver meaningful, engaging experiences tailored to their interests and needs.
Our flexible, child-led program prioritizes children’s voices, cultures, and passions, woven into daily activities. Plus, we offer school drop-off and pick-up from St Ann’s Primary School each day.
We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable casual educators to join us for both Before School Care and After School Care shifts. If you’re passionate about fostering fun, inclusive environments where children can thrive, we want to hear from you!
A day in the life of an OSHC Educator
- Providing nurturing care for children
- Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
