About the Program
This is a multi-year transformation aimed at modernising key people management services across the department. The program delivers outcomes through multiple releases, with teams spanning PMO, Delivery, Technical, Change, and Business Transformation streams.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major program release. You will work in a matrix environment, coordinating a large cross-functional team of internal staff, contractors, and third-party partners, ensuring the release is delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a program release, managing dependencies, risks, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure configuration designs, technical requirements, and integrations (SAP SuccessFactors) meet business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, testing, change, and business workstreams.
• Manage vendor/partner collaboration to achieve program outcomes.
• Provide governance oversight, reporting, and updates to senior program leadership.
• Support budget tracking and resourcing decisions.

Key Requirements

• 7-10 years' experience in senior project/program delivery roles, ideally in large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with vendors/partners and managing complex dependencies.
• Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Previous government or large enterprise experience highly regarded.
