About the role

Stratton Security Pty Limited' is seeking a full-time Mobile Patrol Officer to join our team in Castle Hill and Camperdown . As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive security services to our valued clients. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that will see you responding to security alerts and conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of our client sites.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular mobile patrols of assigned client sites to monitor for suspicious activity and potential security breaches

Responding promptly to security alerts and incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of people and property

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all patrol activities and incident reports

Providing excellent customer service to clients, building strong relationships and effectively communicating security-related information

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a mobile patrol or security officer role, with a strong understanding of the security industry

A current Security License (Class 1) and a clean driving record

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

A keen eye for detail and the ability to make sound judgements and decisions quickly

A strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
