About the Role:

Work alongside the Sous Chef as part of a small team of two.

Prepare canapés, buffet-style mains, and desserts for up to 80 guests per evening.

Dinner cruises operate five nights a week (Tuesday–Saturday) aboard the Ocean Explorer.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

What’s on Offer:

Salary $65,000–$70,000 + super (depending on experience).

Live-on-Island role with staff accommodation available (~$260/week for your own studio-style apartment with shared facilities).

Ferry transfer provided from Airlie Beach to the island.
