Experienced Commis Chef Required Full Time position.

The McGuire Hotel Group is seeking applications for an experienced Commis Chef. The role will include the day to day operations of a kitchen that produces food for a 80 seat restaurant & busy bar food outlet.

The successful applicant will be up to date in current food trends, have experience in a high volume venue and should be prepared to work a rotating roster including mornings, nights and weekends. This is a hands on role for a person who wants to be part of a thriving hotel and kitchen. There may also be opportunities to work within other venues within the group.
