About the role

We are seeking a Leading Hand / Skilled Labourer to join our team at Tricrest Construction in Osborne Park, WA. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in the execution of our building and construction and maintenance projects.

What you'll be doing

Performing a wide range of semi-skilled manual tasks, including operating power tools and general site works assisting in the construction process

Supervising and providing hands-on guidance to labourers and less experienced team members

Liaising with project managers and other stakeholders to coordinate workflows and resolve issues

Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure trade works are completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

What we're looking for

Experience as a Leading Hand or Skilled Labourer in the building and construction industry

Strong practical skills and the ability to perform a wide range of manual tasks to a high standard

Communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety

A positive, proactive and flexible approach to your work
