Your role will be in these main areas.

Team Management: In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the orchard, the Infield Orchard Supervisor plays a pivotal role in staff supervision and development. This involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of field workers to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. The supervisor provides guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages productivity and teamwork. Harvesting Operations: Oversee workers involved in harvest, ensuring that fruits are picked at the right time and handled properly to maintain quality.

Quality Control: Inspecting fruits for size, color, and quality standards, and implementing measures to maintain product quality throughout the harvesting and packing processes.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that all machinery and tools are in good working condition and being operated safetly.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing training to workers on safety procedures.

Records: Ensuring all business activities are recorded accurately on a daily business using digital recording systems.
