We’re gearing up to launch our exciting new Pick & Pack operations onsite at Chefgood, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Pick & Pack Supervisor to join us on this journey and lead our new team from day one! What We’re Looking For

We’re after a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get the best out of their team. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environments

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of up to 30

The confidence to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of warehouse management systems and pick & pack processes

Familiarity with health & safety regulations and safe work practices

Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays when required

About the Role

Lead the day-to-day operations of our Pick & Pack team to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and efficiently dispatched

Oversee outbound operations, palletisation, and labelling

Drive productivity while managing labour costs and overseeing complex staff rosters

Ensure compliance with all food safety and WHS standards, embedding a culture of safety and quality

Train, coach, and develop new team members to build a high-performing culture

Work closely with other departments to minimise downtime and deliver smooth operations
