Your Mission

To recruit volunteer host families and match them with incoming exchange students — creating life-changing experiences for both students and families.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement local outreach strategies to attract host families.

Build relationships with schools, community groups, and media outlets to promote hosting opportunities.

Conduct presentations, info sessions, and community events to raise awareness.

Guide families through the application and screening process.

Match students with suitable host families based on interests, preferences, and compatibility.

Maintain accurate placement records and meet recruitment targets.
