Ozford is an innovative Australian elite education institution offering senior high school, English language programs and higher education including undergraduate and postgraduate programs to domestic and international students. Positioned in the Melbourne CBD. Established in 2003, Ozford's students are from a diverse background. Due to the growth and expansion of our position in the education sector and our strong growth in the international market, we aim to diversify into the local Australian student market. To add a Domestic Student Recruitment Manager to the team to strengthen, focus and further develop our branding in the domestic market in Australia.
Qualifications & experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience having worked in a sales environment.
Qualification in either Sales or Marketing and strong sales track record either within or outside of the education industry.
Strong communication and excellent time management skills with a focus on customer service and a high level of professionalism.
Innovative and have high initiative to thrive in a challenging, rewarding environment.
Participate in education fairs and career expos both locally and interstate.
The ability to act professionally, ethically, and respect organisational processes, regulation, standards and policies.
Able to recognise the importance of the higher education sector and have a passion for working for an institute focused on personalised learning and providing the best student experience.
Tasks & responsibilities
Ability to establish relationships with industry leaders and decision makers, High School Career Advisors, Senior School Coordinators, employment service providers with a primary focus on increasing student enrolment and market share of the Ozford education branding.
Ability to grow year on year in terms of a pipeline of student enrolments.
Establish market strategies and implement communications across the industry in recruitment and growth of domestic students to the Ozford education branding.
About the person
Solid leader in effective marketing, communication, and recruitment strategies with an established appreciation of the characteristics of the Australian education system and market.
Dynamic, outgoing, strategic, and innovative, with a consistent focus on growth, business development and sales.
Have a current Working with Children check (or equivalent for the relevant state) or ability to obtain one.
Ability to work weekends at education expos, when required.
