About the role

Mudgee Little Learners' is seeking a part-time Childcare Admin to join our team in Mudgee, NSW 2850. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our busy childcare centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Managing enrolments, attendance records, and client accounts

Handling inquiries from parents and guardians, both in person and over the phone

Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documentation

Maintaining up-to-date records and filing systems

Providing general administrative support to the childcare team as needed

Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the childcare industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using various software applications, such as Microsoft Office

Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices

Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
