Matched Recruitment are currently working alongside one of the highest-performing fire contractors within the industry who are continuing to expand their client base so are now looking to hire an additional Account Manager, Service Coordinator and a Service Administrator!

Account Manager - $120,000-140,000 base + vehicle/allowance

• Manage high-end commercial accounts, ensuring contract KPI’s are met and client satisfaction is achieved
• Attend weekly and monthly contract meetings
• Oversee work orders in progress, ensuring that jobs are being completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Be the first point of contact for client escalations and queries
• Must have fire industry experience

Service Coordinator - $85,000-95,000 base

• Be responsible for dealing with 10+ fire technicians and coordinating their workloads across the repairs space
• Liaise with technicians to track job progress
• Provide reporting and quoting support
• Work hand in hand with a Service Manager, escalating any service based issues
• Fire industry experience highly preferred

Service Administrator - $75,000 base

• Prepare and submit high-volume defect quotes, ensuring they are pro-actively followed up and closed out
• Manage high-volume calls and emails, proving admin support to high-end clients
• Liaise with Technicians in regards to weekly timesheet approvals, raise PO’s and invoice
• Training available from a dedicated Service Manager who you will aim to support
• Trade based admin background preferred
