Your duties will include:

Manage and coordinate on-road technicians by preparing job schedules

Dealing with a team of service technicians and third party sub-contractors

Coordination of inspection and testing of essential fire measures

Responding to customer service calls and technician allocation

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and guidelines to ensure that client orders, installation or routine activities are completed in a timely manner

Assist with preparation of quotes and reports

Perform other related admin duties as assigned by management

Being a key point of contact and communication in developing strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
