Graduate Recruitment Specialist

Are you passionate about shaping the careers of future professionals? We are seeking a dynamic Graduate Recruitment specialist to lead end-to-end graduate and intern programs in Perth, while also playing a national role in projects across Australia.

The Opportunity

You will:

Lead the Perth early careers portfolio, including attraction campaigns, intern recruitment and program delivery, graduate offers, manage rotations, performance and development, and post-program placement.

Partner with graduates as a trusted HR adviser, coaching and supporting them through each stage of their development.

Represent the firm with universities, candidates, external suppliers and professional bodies.

Deliver national early careers projects in areas such as assessment design, data and reporting, international secondments, and candidate experience.

Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with practice needs.

Promote the firm’s brand, EVP and D&I initiatives across all touchpoints in the early careers journey.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

Essential is experience in HR or recruitment within early careers.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with partners, leaders, universities and candidates.

Proven project management capability, with strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.

A genuine passion for developing future talent and a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Practical experience with recruitment systems and data accuracy.
