About you:

You have your own car and driver’s license (with at least Third Party vehicle insurance)

You must have a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Aged Care or AIN and ideally have a lived experience of caring for aged clients

You’re building your career as an Aged Care or Social Support Worker

You want flexible working hours

You are comfortable travelling to the above locations. (Note: Mileage is covered when transitioning from one client to another)

As our successful candidate, you will:

Be flexible with your weekday hours, adaptable, and willing to work across a range of aged care support roles

You have a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Aged Care or AIN and ideally have a lived experience of caring for aged clients

Have your own car, a current driver’s license and at least Third Party insured vehicle

Have First Aid & CPR Certificate, or be willing to obtain one

Be able to work calmly in a high-pressure environment

Be able to follow instructions and aged care protocols

Have a good attitude and willingness to work calmly with a wide range of people

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Respite care

Shopping support

Individual social support

Personal care, including showering

Basic cleaning

Transport and fresh produce delivery
