GC Value Finance is seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to oversee operations at our livestock-focused property located at 133 Toe Holt Road, Witheren, QLD 4275.

We are a growing enterprise committed to sustainable and efficient livestock farming, and we are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join us for the long term. The right candidate will be honest, responsible, and capable of managing day-to-day farm operations with professionalism and insight.

About the Role

The Farm Manager will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and smooth running of the farm. This includes developing seasonal plans, managing cattle health and breeding, maintaining infrastructure and equipment, and supporting the business's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the livestock enterprise

Manage cattle health, breeding schedules, pasture rotation and grazing systems

Maintain farm infrastructure, including fencing, water systems, and storage facilities

Collaborate with management on budgeting and long-term planning

Qualifications & Skills

Hands-on experience in cattle farming

Good understanding of farm machinery and infrastructure maintenance

Valid driver's license

Strong communication and leadership skills

Onsite accommodation is provided as part of the employment package

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + Super

Accommodation: Comfortable 2-bedroom house provided as part of the package
