Are you a driven Construction Supervisor looking to step into a role with variety, responsibility, and genuine career progression? This is an opportunity to join a well-respected builder delivering high-quality townhouse & community projects across metropolitan Adelaide.

About the Role
You'll oversee residential sites in key locations. Projects range from two-level townhouse developments for private developers through to single-level community housing providers, giving you exposure to both private and public sector work.

With only three sites under your direct management, you'll have the capacity to maintain tight quality control, lead subcontractors effectively, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What's On Offer

Competitive salary up to $130,000 + Super + Car

Manage a manageable portfolio of 3 sites - no overload

A mix of private developer and government townhouse projects

About You

Previous experience supervising residential townhouse or medium-density projects

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build rapport with subcontractors and clients

Knowledge of Adelaide construction standards, WHS requirements, and quality management processes

Driven, organised, and committed to delivering projects with pride
