They are now on the search for their newest team member, as their long-term Site Manager is now looking to retire after many years of working with this builder. The Role
We are looking for an experienced, driven and collaborative Site Manager to work on single/double storey projects here in SA. You can expect to manage a solid pipeline of existing projects, working on high end designs and medium density town houses. You will have the capabilities to run commercial and residential sites which are organised, clean and efficient, whilst ensuring that all work on site is completed to the highest of standard, ensuring completion is on time and within budget. To be successful in this role, you will be a natural leader who has the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes, and you are able to show initiative and adaptability.

The Like Mind
We are on the hunt for a Site Manager with residential experience and a solid understanding of the South Australian construction market. You will have trade or property, building/construction related qualification, and sound knowledge of relevant construction practices, standards and OHS. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic and communication skills will help you to be hands on and assist where needed to complete projects upholding our clients' core values. You will be surrounded with like mind professionals, who are driven, collaborative and determined to always deliver and outperform client expectations.
