Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Beverley, 5009 SA

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations on site, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including scheduling and subcontractor management

Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and enforce safety requirements to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

Conduct regular inspections and reports to assess work progress and quality standards.

Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and staff to ensure project objectives are met.

Report/Document work progress, material usage, project timelines and any incidents or issues encountered on site, using construction management software

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

A current Building Supervisor's License & White Card & a valid Driver's License.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.

Understanding of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on site.

Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.

Some knowledge in the use of construction management software is preferred.
