Responsibilities of this role include:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Target new clients across various industries
• Manage a 360-degree recruitment process
• Develop new business with national clients
• Source candidates using extensive company resources

• B2B sales experience - open to any industry background (experience managing the full sales cycle from start-finish)
• Proven sales achievements that showcase your potential

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
