We're looking for an experienced Catering Chef to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and varied, ideal for someone who thrives in both the kitchen and out on site.

About the Role

Prepare and cook high-quality food for events, corporate catering, and private functions.

Cater on site at venues and private dwellings, ensuring smooth service and presentation.

Deliver, set up, and pack down catering jobs across Sydney.

Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Work with the team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Requirements

Proven chef or cook experience in catering, events, or hospitality.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Current driver's licence and ability to deliver/set up catering off-site.

Car licence required for delivery and setup duties.

Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.

Flexibility with hours – events and functions may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
