Sous Chef & Casual Chefs – Paddock to Plate Catering Co.

We’re looking for passionate chefs to join the team at Paddock to Plate Catering Co. - one of NSW’s leading wedding and event caterers. We are proud to be known across the DIY wedding scene for delivering some of the best food and service in the region, working closely with venues, event planners and our sister company Gallivant Group.

Our food is rooted in respect for ingredients, often centred around fire, and guided by collaboration in the kitchen. We believe in listening, sharing perspectives, and always striving to refine our craft. Every dish we cook plays a role in one of the most important days of our couples’ lives; the breaking of bread between two families and circles of friends.

🔥 The Roles

Sous Chef (with profit share incentive)

Assist in running our catering kitchen while also leading your own events.

Opportunity to take ownership, showcase your creativity and grow with the business.

Flexibility required: rostered Tuesday–Saturday, with hours/days adjusted around event schedules (fully compensated).

Casual Chefs

Assist with prep and execution of events.

Gain experience in a fast-growing, highly regarded catering company.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Drivers license (must-have for events).

Experience in professional kitchens - restaurants, fine dining or high-end catering: but if you're looking to expand yourself don't hesitate to make the leap and apply.
