Bright Beginnings Learning Centre, renowned for our innovative early childhood education in NSW, is thrilled to announce our expansion into Melbourne with our state-of-the-art 108-place childcare Centre in Tarneit, VIC. Due to increasing enrolments, we seek dedicated, enthusiastic Early childhood Teachers, Qualified Childcare Educators, and motivated Trainees.

Early Childhood Teacher Role:

We are seeking two additional Early childhood teachers, one for our three-year-old kinder room and one for our four-year-old kinder room. Within this role, you will work alongside another ECT and a qualified diploma educator, to design, implement, and evaluate a play-based curriculum, and document each child's learning journeys in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. - These positions are both full-time Monday to Friday with rotating shifts. These positions can be either an immediate start or January 2025.

Qualified Educator Roles:

We are seeking three additional qualified educators to work across various roles within the service including

Toddler Room Educator - We are seeking a diploma-qualified educator to join our toddler room. In this role, you will work alongside three other diploma-qualified educators to design, implement, and evaluate a play-based curriculum and document children's learning and development. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with rotating shifts.

Pre-Kinder Educator - We are seeking a diploma-qualified educator to join our pre-kinder room. In this role, you will work alongside three other diploma-qualified educators to design, implement, and evaluate a play-based curriculum and document children's learning and development. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with rotating shifts.

Float Educators - Within this role you will work across all five rooms, replacing educators who are on leave, so for this position, you will need to be a quick thinker who can build relationships with children and coworkers easily and have a good understanding of play-based learning and documenting children's learning and development. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with rotating shifts.

Parttime Float - We are seeking a certificate III qualified educator to join our team to support the relief of both lunch breaks and non-contact time. This role can be 3 full days or 5 half days.

Trainee Roles:

We are seeking two individuals who are ready to start their career in early childhood and are willing to put 100% into their personal professional growth, whilst learning from a supportive and talented group of mentors.
