Business Development Specialist (Commercial Cleaning)
Located in Artarmon (close to Chatswood)
Experience in the commercial cleaning sector is preferred
$120,000 + super + $15,000 car allowance + excellent commission package
Frequent travel across NSW and the ACT

This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an experienced Business Development Specialist with strong relationship-building, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. You will be a proactive, natural sales hunter who can develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
The Role
In this role, you will:
Build relationships with both new and existing clients from a comprehensive database
Build relationships with key accounts to maximise revenue
Generate leads, make cold calls, and qualify prospects
Present proposals to clients on-site and negotiate sales
Provide feedback to assist in the development of new business
Attend industry functions, such as association events, trade shows, and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends to inform the development of new business
Travel regularly across NSW and ACT (a requirement)
Undertake appointments made by our telesales team
Maintain a high level of customer contact and present effectively across all levels of the business.
Achieve business plan-associated KPIs
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced salesperson who has the following:
Proven experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
B2B new sales experience would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work autonomously with strong closure skills
Access to a reliable car and a valid driver's licence
Be a self-starter
Advanced relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
An engaging, energetic, and resilient outlook
Ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate
Success in meeting deliverables, enhancing systems and processes
A national criminal history and working with children check is required for this role
