The Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their trade skills alongside experienced technicians, while complementing their TAFE studies with real-world experience across diverse project environments

Key Responsibilities (as part of a supervised team)

Assist with the installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Perform routine service checks and maintenance

Support fault diagnosis and repairs

Help with component replacements

Ensure tools and equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use

Follow all WHS procedures and safety protocols

Record job details and documentation with accuracy

What We’re Looking For

Enrolled in Certificate III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, having completed at least one year

Minimum 1 year paid field experience

Passion for the HVAC-R industry and a strong desire to grow

Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Dependable, punctual, and committed to both work and studies

Able to follow direction and contribute to a team environment

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Valid NSW Driver's Licence (Green P or higher)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Own basic hand tools (advantageous)
