About the role

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst (Broker Associate) to join our team.

In this role, you will work alongside a Senior Mortgage Broker, leveraging your lending experience and deep understanding of lender policies to provide tailored, effective finance solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end loan processing from lead through to formal approval

Researching lender products and policies to find the right fit

Analysing and verifying client financials

Supporting the broker with valuations, scenarios, pricing, and serviceability

Proactive client communication and follow-up

Managing new and existing deal flow

Ensuring accurate loan packaging and compliance

Supporting other team members as needed

What we’re searching for:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a credit role (brokerage)

Strong knowledge of lender policies and submission criteria

High level of professionalism and integrity

Proactive and client-first mindset

Highly organised, with exceptional time management and multitasking skills

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

A strong team player with a collaborative spirit
