Position Overview
As a Junior Analyst in the Melbourne office, you will provide crucial analytical support to the Funds Management and Advisory divisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop advanced financial modelling skills, contribute to strategic capital decisions, and work alongside experienced professionals in property and hospitality investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and refinement of financial models for investment evaluation, asset underwriting, and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct financial and market research, benchmarking against relevant property and hotel asset classes.
• Support due diligence processes, including financial, market, and operational data gathering and analysis.
• Generate high-quality reports and presentations for investment committees, based on accurate and compelling financial data.
• Contribute to the preparation of investor materials, internal insight summaries, and ad hoc strategic advisory initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive and consistent outputs.

We are seeking a candidate with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking—attention to detail is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, engaging outputs.
