The Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst / Para Broker to support our Head Broker across credit, client relationships, and lender interactions. Flexible days, fully remote, and real scope for growth as the business expands.

You’ll bring:

At least 3 years of experience in a Credit Analyst or Para Broker role within residential lending.

Strong credit knowledge and end to end file management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and a team mindset.

Willingness to take ownership of a file from doc collection to settlement.

Experience with Apply Online/Loanapp and CRM systems like Mercury and Quickli.
