What you’ll do:

Prep fresh ingredients daily (think meats, veg, sauces, proteins).

Keep the kitchen humming and the crew stocked.

Maintain top standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Work with the team to deliver Melbourne’s boldest, best sandwiches.

What we’re looking for:

Someone with kitchen chops (experience helps, but passion’s key).

Reliable, organised, and loves quality food.
