In this multifaceted position, you will be utilizing your studio management expertise’s to support with day-to-day operations, as well as submissions and marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves being involved with the project process by helping develop compelling submissions and client presentations using InDesign. You will also be involved with project resourcing, and the diary management of the Sydney Director.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supporting with the day-to-day operations of the Sydney practice.

Working collaboratively with director to develop and produce compelling and detailed submissions, presentations and marketing collateral using InDesign.

Helping Project leads with resourcing, allocations and tracking timelines.

Ensuring there is no clashes in Director’s diary and helping booking client meeting and interstate travel.

Skills and Experience:

3+ years as studio manager within the architecture industry.

Ability and experience managing the full life cycle of submissions.

Advanced user of InDesign.
