We’re Hiring: Studio Manager (Full-Time)
📍 Castle Hill | Real Fitness Training
We’re looking for a leader disguised as a coach. Someone who doesn’t just manage, but sets standards, inspires culture, and builds something bigger than themselves.
A coach with drive, passion, and purpose. A leader who lifts the standard and builds something that lasts.
We started RFT because we saw too many gyms that didn’t care. Coaches burning out. Clients treated like numbers.
We wanted to create something different, something real. A studio where strength, connection, and wellbeing are the foundation.
Today, 280+ members call RFT home. But to grow from 1 to 5 locations. We need someone who can run the studio with excellence when we’re not in the room.
That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Be Trusted With
Fuel Growth & Momentum
Welcome new members with energy and ensure they feel at home from day one.
Protect Retention & Belonging
Make sure every member feels seen, supported, and celebrated so they never want to leave.
Lead & Develop the Team
Run weekly meetings, 1:1s, weekly team ed and hold coaching standards high while helping others grow.
Inspire Culture & Connection
Create an environment where the studio feels like family while still raising the bar.
Coach on the Floor (10–15 hrs/week)
Set the standard in small group sessions, showing what great coaching looks like.
Drive Growth Work Off the Floor
Contribute to content creation, start client conversations, and keep the pipeline moving.

What You’ll Get
$75k–$85k base salary (inclusive super)
Quarterly KPI bonuses ($5k–$15k annually)
