Key Areas of Responsibility

Processing inquiries & Customer Onboarding: Manage initial inquiries, assess participant needs, and guide them through the onboarding process.

Stakeholder Engagement & Interaction: Build and maintain effective relationships with support coordinators, LACs, allied health professionals, plan managers, SDA providers, and participants.

Tenancy Application Management: Oversee the end-to-end process including documentation review, SDA funding verification, compatibility matching, risk assessment, and participant handover.

Service Promotion & Networking: Represent DHS at expos, forums, and community events to promote our services and expand referral networks.

Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and contribute to a positive, productive, and supportive team culture.

Essential Skills and Experience

Sound understanding of the NDIS and SDA frameworks, including funding mechanisms and eligibility criteria.

Proven ability to communicate and engage effectively with people with disability and key stakeholders.

Experience in service promotion, networking, and facilitating organisational growth.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated strengths in contributing to team outcomes and fostering a positive team environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems and managing complex documentation and compliance requirements.

Desirable Attributes

Existing referral networks within the NDIS sector.

Knowledge of SDA pricing, eligibility, and property categories.

Formal qualifications in community services, disability studies, or housing (preferred but not essential).
