About the Position As a Clinical Practice Lead, you will provide clinical support to our multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health services through the HASI program. In this role, you will ensure efficient, safe, high-quality service aligned with best practice guidelines. Working closely with the Service Manager, HASI, and external stakeholders, this position will also develop recovery-focused and evidence-based psychosocial services that achieve positive outcomes for our consumers. This is a full-time opportunity, to 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension. We are looking for someone with:
- Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, occupational therapist, or accreditation with AASW as a mental health social worker
- Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in mental health service delivery
- Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in assessments, intervention planning, and referrals
- Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team setting
