About the Role:
We are seeking a Strategic Business Lead to join a high-impact program from the design stage through to build and deployment. This is an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for long-term engagement. You will work closely with both technical stakeholders, including Solution Architects, and C-level business stakeholders to shape strategy, ensure alignment, and drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and business readiness activities from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to define requirements and prepare for build.
• Engage and influence C-level business stakeholders to align strategy and priorities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Monitor progress and report on business and technical readiness for deployment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategic business leadership or senior program delivery.
• Comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and senior business leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience shaping and driving initiatives from design to implementation.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or Insurance is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
