WOW Recruitment is seeking a self-motivated, tech-savvy Warranty & Service Officer to join an internationally recognised industrial firm.

Our client is a leader across the power & energy, industrial machinery, urban infrastructure, aerospace, and defence sectors, and is looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment and can manage processes with confidence and efficiency

The Warranty and Service Administration Officer deliver a responsive and efficient end-to-end coordination of warranty services. They oversee the integrated delivery of warranty support for HVAC products across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

What you will be doing?

• Coordinate with Service Agents, Contractors and customers to prioritise urgent repairs, particularly in critical environments such as hospitals and aged-care homes.
• Follow up on all submitted warranty claims to ensure the Service Agent has contacted the consumer.
• Ensuring all warranty claims are accurately completed before submission.
• Assisting with monthly reports on open and closed warranty claims ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Fostering and developing working relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure the efficient and timely submission of invoices.

What do you bring?

• 2+ years of experience in warranty processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Expertise in customer service, with a specialised skill set in de-escalation and conflict resolution.
• A background in the HVAC industry would be ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
