About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding academic to join our Department of Management and Marketing in a continuing role at either Lecturer (Level B), Senior Lecturer (Level C), or Associate Professor (Level D), depending on experience. You will contribute to our high-quality, personalised education and dynamic research culture that values collaboration, innovation and real-world impact.
You will prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops - both on campus and online - across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. You'll be involved in curriculum innovation, student mentoring, and may supervise honours, master’s or PhD candidates depending on your level of appointment.
You will contribute to the school’s research output, income and impact through high-quality publications, grant applications, and collaborative projects. Senior academics will play a key role in leading research programs, mentoring early-career staff, and developing strong partnerships with industry, government and the broader community, both in Australia and internationally.
At the Associate Professor level, you’ll demonstrate national or international leadership and be instrumental in shaping the direction of teaching and research in modern, tech-enabled supply chains, particularly in areas such as analytics, modelling and simulation. You’ll drive innovation in program delivery and contribute actively to school governance and strategic development.
At previously stated, this role will be offered at either an Academic Level B, C or D depending on qualifications and skills.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated ability to undertake teaching, associated administrative duties, coordination and curriculum development at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In particular, demonstrated ability to teach in the relevant business discipline (Level B)
- Experience in undertaking teaching, associated administrative duties, coordination and curriculum development at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In particular, strong teaching outcomes in a relevant business discipline (Level C)
- Demonstrated strong academic and research leadership (Level D)
