Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a proven track record managing high-volume logistics? We are seeking a highly capable and strategic National focused Logistics Manager to drive and optimize our inbound freight and local distribution operations across the country.

About the Role:
Reporting to the GM and MD this is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of our supply chain, ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to our clients. You will play a vital role in fulfilling a major contract with a large retailer, along with managing multiple clients who rely on us for timely and reliable delivery. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination of inbound freight, inventory flow, and local distribution through external contractors and 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing inbound freight logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Overseeing local distribution channels via external contractors and trusted 3PL partners

Developing and implementing strategies to handle large volumes of product movement efficiently

Maintaining strong relationships with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure optimal performance

Coordinating with sales, customer service, and operations teams to meet delivery deadlines and client expectations

Continuously reviewing and improving supply chain processes for efficiency and cost savings

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

What We’re Looking For:

Extensive experience in managing large-scale supply chain operations, particularly in high-volume environments

Proven success in fulfilling significant contracts with major retailers and serving multiple clients simultaneously

Strong knowledge of freight management, distribution networks, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demand fluctuations

A strategic thinker with a focus on process improvement and cost efficiency
