Alfresco Gardenware is looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker to take charge of buying, inventory, supplier relationships, shipping and warehouse coordination. The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, numbers-driven supply and logistics professional to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain. This role suits someone with 5+ years' experience in product based, retail, or wholesale supply who thrives on detail, loves working with numbers, and enjoys turning data into action.

You'll be hands-on with purchasing, inventory planning, supplier and 3PL relationships, while also reporting on stock, sales trends, and margins. This is a pivotal role that directly influences our ability to meet customer demand and drive business growth.

What you'll do:

Own the end-to-end inventory & purchasing process: forecasting, POs, supplier management, product onboarding/exits, spare parts.

Maintain product and packaging quality including QA and data integrity (dimensions, weights, labels, GS1 etc.).

Monitor product performance: turnover, profitability, over/understock; recommend and implement improvements.

Collaborate closely with CEO, GM, Sales & Marketing to align purchasing, launches & promotions.

Produce regular reports with insights and flags to guide decisions.

What we're looking for

~5+ years' experience in supply chain / inventory / logistics roles, ideally with exposure to a product based industry, retail, import, 3PL or wholesale

Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel and/or stock projection tools).

Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is essential for the forecasting and analytical requirements of this role.

Detail-focused, a reliable and great communicator, able to balance operational accuracy with strategic oversight.

Proactive mindset, raises issues early and works collaboratively across teams.
