Australia Visa Link has several registered migration agents that specialize in school application, student visa, skilled and business investment immigration, employer-sponsored visa, partner visa, and visa refusal appeal. We provide professional migration and education advice while applying for courses and visas.

Due to consistent business expansion, we are seeking experience registered migration agent to join our professional team. The suitable candidates must be mandarin speaker.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional consultation and advice to clients on study pathways, visas, migration, and related application procedures, and assist with the preparation of visa application documents;

Communicate with clients, the Department of Home Affairs, skills assessment authorities, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and other relevant organisations regarding cases and consultations;

Prepare visa lodgement documents and review both online and paper-based visa application forms;

Supervise and review work prepared by migration assistants to ensure accuracy and compliance;

Handle client enquiries via phone and maintain regular contact with clients before and after visa lodgement;

Prepare visa applications and accompanying statements (including protection visa claims) for lodgement with the Department of Home Affairs.

Requirements

Chinese language proficiency preferred;

Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the Migration Act and associated procedures, with a current MARA registration;

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;

Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines;

Strong communication skills with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds;

Mature, stable personality with proven leadership abilities.
