About You

Current MARA registration with minimum 2 years' post-registration experience

Solid knowledge of Australian migration law and procedures

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident in client representation and Tribunal work

Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Migration Manager, and tech-savvy systems

A strong customer-service and relationship-building mindset, with the ability to guide clients through complex processes with empathy and professionalism
