The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Compliance Manager to lead compliance and quality assurance across RTO operations. You’ll be responsible for managing audits, frameworks, and regulatory systems, while embedding Indigenous Knowings and cultural protocols into training and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Lead RTO compliance, quality assurance frameworks, and audit processes

Provide strategic guidance, leadership, and mentoring to compliance and training teams

Oversee scope of registration, reporting, and policy updates

Ensure culturally responsive practices are embedded within training systems

About You

Relevant tertiary qualifications plus Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

Proven experience in RTO compliance leadership, including audit and regulatory management

Strong cultural capability, with excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
